  • Visit the official website of Punjab National Bank net-banking www.netpnb.com
  • Click on the Retail Internet Banking tab at the right side of the page.
  • Enter your user ID and password to login at the net-banking website
  • Once you are on the dashboard click on Value-added services at top of the page and move to emergency services

  • Click on the debit card hot listing link, a new page will open to block ATM card
  • From the drop-down menu select the account number which is linked with the ATM card and click on the continue button
  • Select the ATM card and click on the submit button
  • You will get One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number
  • Enter the OTP and click on the confirm button
  • Your PNB Debit Card will be blocked and you will get SMS on your phone
